What are the responsibilities and job description for the BMS Executive Assistant position at Independence Health System?
The BMS Hospital Administrative Assistant performs secretarial duties and provides support for BMP Administration and BMP hospital based staff. Using current computer software, the Assistant composes and prepares a variety of routine documents and correspondence, schedules calendar reminders and meetings. Assists with preparations for meetings, agendas, orientation, payroll, which often include creating PowerPoint presentations, and Excel graphs. Makes travel arrangements, processes forms, performs data entry, establishes and maintains efficient record system. Provides office support for the administrative suite; relays and resolves routine telephone and walk-up inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate Degree in a secretarial program.
Registration/Certification/Licensure:
N/A
Experience:
Minimum: Three years current or recent secretarial experience with current software application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred: Administrative assistant experience within a confidential office setting.
Other Requirements:
Proven computer skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, high level of professional, confidentiality.

Salary : $40,100 - $50,800
