Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings is preferred
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and occupational health is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary: $26.39 - $31.79 per hour
