Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Current IL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Dual Illinois/Wisconsin license a plus
- 1 year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses
- Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
