About The Job:

The AnswerOne Team Leader reports directly to the AnswerOne/Branch Support Manager and is responsible for the progressive improvement of the AnswerOne representative team. The Team Leader oversees daily activities in AnswerOne such as daily assignments and scheduling.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for providing management support of AnswerOne representatives including, but not limited to, being involved in interviews and selection, training and coaching/career development to ensure a well-qualified team and to enhance operational success.
  • Provides technical and procedural support to IB personnel. Fact find, track, resolve and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure adequate controls and information security is maintained at all times.
  • Take ownership of calls and email requests, keep staff informed of issues and progress. Manage escalated calls and issues.
  • Provide support to, Treasury Management, IT, Fiserv Coordinators, The Hub and various Deposit Ops departments as it applies to system and technology issues.
  • Backup assistance to AnswerOne Manager for escheatment, W-8, B, C Notices, Federal Withholding and other assigned duties of the Deposit Product Specialist.
  • Involvement in initiatives related to system and product upgrades including creating and maintaining related procedures and processes.
  • Adhere to and monitor activities within a service level standard.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports as necessary.
  • Overtime expected for situations that require involvement before/after hours, weekends and shift coverage due to department responsibilities, extenuating circumstances, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate and work with all levels of internal and external clients and bank management.
  • 2 years AnswerOne Support experience and/or banking experience including advanced proficiency in such applications/processes as DNA, Instant Open, Nautilus and overall Branch Operations preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of bank technologies, troubleshooting and technical proficiency to perform duties effectively with minimal instruction.
  • High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive experience with DNA and Instant Open, a clear understanding of branch related procedures and fraud preventative tactics.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software/hardware IT related systems.
