Position Summary:
Develop, maintain, and implement digital strategies throughout Independent. Manage new and existing digital customer accounts, contacts, and web anonymous customers. Consult the customer base on how to create efficiency using the company’s digital solutions. Must become an expert on all existing and future digital solutions created by Independent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Include the following; other duties may be assigned)
- Digital Training
Responsible for training internal IES teams as well as customers on all digital capabilities. This includes but is not limited to: Webinars highlighting digital developments, onsite training with customers on digital solutions, follow-up with customers and internal teams on digital competency.
- Responsible for selling the digital tools to Independent’s customer base, articulating the digital strategy to internal associates, and become the face of digital transformation in the region
- Resolve digital product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Document digital business operations and create digital business workflows
- Customer Development
Develop an understanding of customer business systems and how to integrate IES digital solutions into said business systems. Help customers use digital solutions to become more efficient in their day-to-day activities.
- Digital Development
Help create development roadmap for website based on customer feedback for improvements on the website.
- Assist Digital Department with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned
