Job Title: Home Care Office Manager

We are seeking a vibrant outgoing individual who is good at building relationships with people. As a Home Care Office Manager you will be responsible for a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a home care agency, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Below is a detailed job description for this role:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage schedules for caregivers and clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Address and resolve staff conflicts and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of clients, caregivers, and administrative activities.
  • Recruit and hire caregivers for clients in areas needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high standards of care.
