Junior Digital Content Associate

We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Content Support Associate! This role plays an essential part in the content management of IPC Web (ipcoop.com), the company’s web portal. This position is responsible for contributing to the IPC Communication department by helping to keep information on our digital platform consistent and current.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Process the uploading and organization of website content and business material

· Work closely with IPC Communications team to review website content and materials are correctly prepared. Collaborating on webpage layout, and visual standards.

· Utilizing Sitecore, an advanced content management software, to create and execute task completion.

· Assisting with front-end website testing and troubleshooting in a production environment after code deployments from technology.

· Address website content-related issues by coordinating with IPC Communication team members for resolution.

· Learning and committed to understanding best practices with content management systems and enhance the team’s efficiency.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

· Candidate should have a background in digital communications or related discipline.

· Work effectively under tight deadlines and in a team environment.

· Experience in testing software.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of working with content creators and other IPC communication team members.

· Knowledge of website layout and design principles is preferred.

· Proficiency in using Google Drive and Microsoft Teams

· Knowledge of basics in uploading HTML content.

Qualifications and experience

· Bachelor’s in marketing or communications, preferred

· Strong technical background

· Experience with digital content creation

· Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

· Critical thinking and solutions driven
