**Footwear Concierge - Sneakerhead Specialist**

Our club is renowned for its commitment to excellence in hospitality. We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Footwear Concierge - Sneaker-head Specialist.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Shoe Care Excellence:
- Clean and polish members' sneakers, dress shoes and golf shoes with precision and care.
- Utilize specialized cleaning techniques to ensure a pristine and well-maintained appearance.
2. Hospitality and Member Interaction:
- Provide hospitality to club members and guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Engage in friendly conversations with members to understand their footwear preferences and needs.
3. Footwear Consultation:
- Offer personalized advice on sneaker and shoe care, recommending appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Stay informed about the latest sneaker and golf footwear trends and releases to assist members with style choices.
4. Organizational Skills:
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing footwear care station.
- Keep track of members' preferences and special requests for future reference.
5. Fashion Forward:
- Stay updated on the latest sneaker and footwear fashion trends.
- Assist members in coordinating their footwear for a polished and stylish look.
6. Event Support:
- Provide on-site shoe care services during special events hosted at the country club.
**Qualifications:**
- Passion for sneakers and footwear fashion.
- Previous experience in shoe care or a similar role is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of various sneaker, dress and golf shoe brands, styles, and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
