• Design, installation, and configuration of information technology enterprise systems
• Administration and sustainment of servers, storage, backup, and network services, including implementation tasks and the provisioning of tier 2 & 3 technical support 
• Optimize the performance of information technology systems within an enterprise network environment; including monitoring performance, troubleshooting network issues and/or outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with Network Services and Operations staff  
• Administration of vSphere and related VMWare administrative utilities and applications   
• Administration and sustainment of an enterprise Windows Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environment (users, computers, servers)
• Administration and sustainment of SAN, CIFS, and iSCSI storage environments  
• Administration and sustainment of an enterprise Domain Name System (DNS) environment  
• Administration of enterprise backup systems and related components
• Performing updates to server operating systems and applications
• Building and configuring physical servers 
• Administration and sustainment of Microsoft Exchange enterprise email systems
• Administration and sustainment of SQL databases
• Maintenance and sustainment of a 911 dispatch system       

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field supplemented by (3) three years of related working experience or an equivalent combination of formal education and related working experience.

Experience with OS platforms Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization (VMWare & vSphere), Backup Systems, SAN/NAS technologies, SCCM, End Point Protection Systems, MS Exchange, Microsoft SQL desired.  

Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations: 

• Valid Florida driver's license
• Microsoft Server Certifications desired
• VMWare Certifications desired
