Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service. This is a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience during their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with reservations and provide information about campground amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other campground departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and campground management software is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
