The Marketing Coordinator position at Indiana Auto Auction is essential in driving brand awareness across multiple platforms and channels. We are seeking an individual who can seamlessly combine their creativity with strategic thinking to develop compelling content, and engaging email campaigns with the support of metrics and insights. This role supports the on-going growth for Indiana Auto Auction, planning and coordinating the logistics for all tradeshows and events.

How you’ll make an impact:
· Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
· Manage website format, and content updates.
· Partner closely with sales team to provide them with tools, training, and marketing materials that aid in lead generation.
· Utilize design systems and tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite) to create graphics for media channels such as social media, emails, websites, and flyers.
· Plan and coordinate the logistics of all tradeshow activities and charity events.
· Prepare arena and auction house with printed signage and advertisement for appropriate promotions.
· Build Indiana’s brand awareness through an increase in followers, engagements, and conversions through multiple social sites using captivating content and copy within a month posting schedule. Provide monthly analytical reports.
· Update company CRM system with accurate customer and prospect data to improve email marketing and increase conversion rates.
· Conduct quarterly competitive analysis across web pages and social platforms.
Qualifications, experience, and skills you’ll need:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event planning, business, or related field or equivalent experience
· Positive attitude
· Attention to detail
· Camera work, DSLR/iPhone for photography and video projects
· Good problem solving & time management skills.
· Work with vendors to order marketing collateral and promotional items.
· Well adept/familiar in:
o Canva
o Adobe Creative Suite
o Constant Contact
o Later
o Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel,)
o Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
o Familiar with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, &LinkedIn)
o Meta Business Suite
