Summary/Primary Purpose: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, residents, and visitors to the complex, as required by security policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers calls and directs to the appropriate person or location.
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests and notify personnel of their arrival.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring sign in logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Receiving packages and other deliveries and notifying proper person for pick up.
- Monitors and sign in-out all visitors and clients to complex.
- Responsible to respond immediately and appropriately to all emergencies, including: Fire, Medical, Biohazard, bomb threats, inclement weather and other building emergency situations.
- Must be able to quickly assess any given situation and take appropriate actions to protect employees, clients, and visitors.
- All other duties as assigned.
