- Complete basic order processing functions
- Consistently follow up on orders to the point of release to production
- Communicate with various departments and vendors as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the department
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and solving problems
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior data entry experience is preferred
- Familiarity with concepts and procedures of office furniture manufacturing is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook is preferred
