NCAA Guidelines

Job Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Teaching assistants are expected to engage in effective communication with their supervisors, utilizing both oral and written methods. This includes communication through email and Canvas, an online learning management system. Additionally, teaching assistants will serve as mentors to fellow students, showcasing leadership qualities by providing assistance. Furthermore, students in this role are required to maintain a high standard of professionalism during interactions with both peers and professionals. This entails meeting deadlines punctually and delivering progress reports on their assigned projects.
