Job Summary/Basic Function
Assist the web development team with routine tasks. Opportunities to work with more advanced projects will be available depending upon skill level.

Specific Responsibilities
Make basic updates to websites.
Monitor and complete tickets.
Assist customers with web questions.
Additional work as assigned.

Work Schedule
Work will be on-campus.
Up to 20 (or 28) hours a week between the hours of Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.

NCAA Guidelines

Job Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Track work using ticketing system.
  • Make updates to websites using Drupal.
  • Provide support and training for both Drupal and SharePoint.
  • Other duties as assigned.
