HR Business Partner

We're recruiting to place a Senior HR Generalist with a client in Houston, TX. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for Human Resources and Administrative support including recruiting, payroll, employee training, benefits administration and office administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition processes with hiring managers and assist with recruitment tasks as needed.
• Complete on-boarding process of new employees from the application and related paperwork/tasks to new hire orientation.
• Manage recruiting workflow in Applicant Tracking System including online assessments, employment offers, pre-employment tests, I-9 compliance, and all correspondence with candidates.
• Maintain HCM system records and department tracking files ensuring timely and accurate records.
• Administer payroll and benefits for hourly, semi-monthly and/or monthly pay employees, and complete labor cost allocation worksheets accordingly.
• Process employee leave time and absence reports.
• Assist in drafting and updating the company’s policies, procedures, and standards under a supervisor’s oversight.
• Ensure compliance with counsel departments regarding and create and submit reports on all USEP(s) under a supervisor’s oversight.
• Manage immigration and VISA administration.
• Assist in structuring and organizing training plans and programs for all departments.
• Support Travel Expense Administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum 5 years in HR Administration function
• Payroll and benefits experience
• Strong self-motivation, a team player and a quick learner.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe editor.

• Must be detail-oriented and able to take multitask.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
