Our INTENT for hiring:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property grounds to enhance and maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
Property: Oak Creek
Position: Seasonal Part-Time
A day IN the life:
- Cleans the common, amenity, and ground areas daily.
- Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and removing trash.
- Water and upkeep community landscaping as needed/directed.
- Pressure wash curbs, entrances, sidewalks, breezeways, and other surfaces.
- Paint and clean signage for a professional appearance.
- Perform interior and exterior painting duties as needed.
- Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
- In the event of snow/ice, spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup (as needed), rake, sweep, and shovel.
- Must be available to work overtime, days, nights, evenings, and weekends, as necessary.
Qualities we are INTERESTED in:
- High School diploma, or general equivalent degree (GED)
- Minimum 3 months of experience in a similar role/related experience
