JOB SUMMARY: The Painter is responsible for preparing and painting a variety of interior and exterior materials and surfaces
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
- Install sheet rock including hanging, taping and sanding
- Caulk windows, doors, trim, etc.
- Prepare and paint a variety of material and surfaces
- Determine paint specifications and order applicable product, including type and quantity
- Appropriately safeguard work areas
- Return work area to clean and orderly condition
- Organize and maintain related departmental equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of practical experience in a commercial environment
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
SHIFT/SITE:
Monday-Friday/1st shift - 7:00am-3:30pm/ 34 Robinson Rd, Clinton, NY
Salary : $36,600 - $46,400
