POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Specialist Role is a commercial administrative role supporting the commercial organization operational needs. The role reports to the Director of Sales effectiveness and Operations and will support the daily administrative needs of that department through partnership with commercial leaders, the HR Team, the IT team, and other home office personnel with direct ties to the commercial team routine functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
- The roles will support the execution of commercial team meetings through the maintenance of the invitation process and coordination of information critical to planning and executing logistical and organizational components of successful meetings.
- The role will partner with HR / Workday IT Team to maintain up to date various team rosters and lists that feed operational projects and work, as well as appropriate dissemination to certain field groups.
- The role will act in an administrative capacity for any administrative / record keeping work and projects as deemed necessary to the efficient operation of the commercial functions as determined by the Sales Force Effectiveness and Operations director or the VP Sales.
- The role will partner with the Sales Operations Manager Role to execute various administrative tasks related to, but not limited to the Fleet program, Sample Program, G&M Health Credentialling Program
- The role will partner closely with HR and the Sales Training Team, IT Team, and other Home Office Teams where needed / as needed to ensure continuity and communication for employee onboarding and terminations as it relates to all the operation support functions.
COMPETENCIES/CONDUCT:
In addition to the minimum qualifications, the employee will demonstrate:

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office inclusive of PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent computer / Windows computer skills and proficiency
- Experience in working with hotels and meeting planning partners for logistical meeting pull through
