The Front Desk Team is the first and last face our guests see at our hotels. Our Guest Service Manager keeps the team and front office working like a well-oiled machine to benefit our guests and employees.
To Be Successful, You Will Need
- One years’ experience in similar capacities managing at least three associates
- Two years’ experience in the service industry

- You display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all time
- Guest privacy is an utmost concern of yours
- You are well organized to maintain multiple logs, checklist, inventories as scheduled
- You have a willingness to develop management skills in yourself and your team
- You can work and excel within a company budget
Your Day Might Include
- Documenting team members progress and development through a performance review
- Inventorying supplies and ordering as needed
- Solving guest issues or complaints in person or over the phone
- Interview potential team members
- Maintain team members agendas, schedules, and sign in sheets
