Job Summary:
These services are in support of test planning, test execution, test support, test operations and associated logistics for a wide variety of systems across their life cycle, which include Expeditionary Systems Engineering Division (ESED's) main focus areas such as Arms, Ammunition, Explosives, Weapons Systems, and associated platforms utilized by the Expeditionary Warfare community.
While ESED's current tasks are focused on the main assets identified in the previous paragraph, the scope of this SOW also includes ESED’s secondary focus areas such as Sensors and Communications, Mobility Platforms, Systems Integration, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment with unique military applications; and other new or existing systems that require independent testing for Expeditionary Warfare.
Job Duties:
The position of Project Manager is a Key Position within NWSC Corona Divisions (Fallbrook Detachment) RS40 Test Operations Support Services Contract. The Project Manager shall oversee services in the areas of program administration, test planning, test execution, test support, test operations and associated logistics, material procurement or pre-fabrication, execution, reporting, and closeout. This position is contingent upon contract award INDUS Technology, Inc.
Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have):
Minimum of five (5) but preferably ten (10) years professional technical experience that reflects the following:
- Prototyping, Pre-Production, Model-Making, and Fabrication Support
- System Safety Support
- Inactivation and Disposal Support
- Measurement, Facility, Range and Instrumentation Support
- Supply and Provisioning Support
Desired Skill Requirements:
Quality Assurance experience in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9000, or ANSI processes and certifications.
Experience with Department of the Navy Risk Management Program for the Safe Manufacture, Storage and Handling of Ammunition and Explosives.
Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of project plans as well as the preparation of technical documentation and presentations.
Education/Equivalent: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, leadership, engineering, or related discipline.
