Job Summary: The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s quality management system to ensure that the construction project meets or exceeds specified quality standards and regulatory requirements. They will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to identify and address quality issues throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, construction practices, and relevant industry standards.

Objectives of this role:
- Enforce quality objectives and procedures as required to ensure consistency and compliance throughout project.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of jobsite, materials, and workmanship to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and document quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and work with project teams to develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and approve inspection and testing protocols.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on quality management principles, processes, and requirements.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors, regulatory agencies, and client representatives to facilitate inspections, approvals, and certifications.
- Participate in project meetings, including pre-construction and progress meetings, to address quality-related issues and provide updates on quality initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and as-built documentation, for project records and closeout.
