Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Position Summary
As Regional Sales Manager – Midwest Region (RSM), individuals work closely with customers and the IIA leadership team to grow our regional presence through our Strategic Selling process. RSMs are our first line of contact with all new customers and are accountable for achieving revenue and strategic objectives set forth by the Director of Sales. Existing customers may also be included, if necessary. This position will be based in either Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul, St Louis, or Kansas City and travel up to 75% is required for the region (KS, MO, IL, WI, IA, NE, ND, SD, MN).
