Millwright positions available in the Syracuse, NY area with 5 years of experience. There is a high demand for experienced Millwrights / Industrial Mechanics / Industrial Millwrights / Turbine Mechanics / Machinery Erectors / Power Generation Millwrights / Power Generation Machinists / Fabricators / Industrial Welders / Riggers.

Pay: This is a full-time position. Frequency of pay is weekly. No per diem.

EXPERIENCED MILLWRIGHT WAGES:

• Hourly Wage: $35.00
• Employer pays 100% of your health insurance and retirement benefits.
• Regular pay increases are typical.

Hours for this work: 5-7 days per week, 8-12 hours per day (depending on project requirement). Any work over 8 hours per day and any weekend work is paid at overtime rate.

Now interviewing candidates with 5 years of experience as a qualified Millwright / Industrial Mechanic / Turbine Mechanic / Machinery Erector / Power Generation Millwright Machinist / Rigger. Must have diverse and experienced knowledge of interconnected machinery. Experience with high-torque and precision alignment is important. Good observational and mechanical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair are expected. Work references are preferred if available.

Requirements:

· Location: Within approx. 100 miles of Syracuse, NY area

· Education: High school or GED

· License: Driver’s license required.

· Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening.

· Travel: As may be required.

· Must be able to perform work in a variety of environments (i.e. heights, temperatures, confined spaces). Must be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
