About the Role: VP of Sales

As the VP of Sales, you'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside and a dynamic and dedicated growing team of industry professionals, driving our capital-raising efforts and shaping the future of real estate investment. Your role will be pivotal in executing our strategic vision, expanding our investor base, and driving revenue growth to new heights. With Ari's guidance and mentorship, you'll have the support and resources you need to thrive and succeed in this exciting role.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse sales team across different states.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills, able to navigate complex market dynamics and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Pipedrive CRM program, with a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to streamline sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate new market opportunities, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of sales operations.
