Job Summary: Responsible for directly supporting the Human Resources function and overseeing the Human Resources activities of InDyne (including divisions and affiliates). This is a hands on Director position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Devleops, implements and maintains human resources policies and procedures to include employee handbook, and the company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Reviews annually all policies and procedures.
- Keeps Human Resource professionals and Corporate personnel - to include Program and Project Managers - informed of relevant updates in laws and regulations.
- Monitors the Corporate Ethics Hotline and reports calls received to the Corporate Ethics Officer.
- Directs other Corporate Service Center Human Resources professionals on all human resources matters including employee relations, benefits, personnel law, union grievances, EEO, and compensation issues.
- Reviews findings of internal investigations, when necessary, and reports them to the President & CEO.
- Administers the Equal Opportunity Program including Affirmative Action Plan.
- Development including completing the company-wide annual reports (EEO-1, VETS100) and participating in on-site reviews, when appropriate.
- Designs and updates Human Resources and benefit forms, as appropriate.
- Oversees Corporate and Service Center Performance Appraisals Program.
- Conducts internal investigations, document findings, and recommends appropriate action to management.
- Serves as Human Resources Quality Management System Core Process Owner. Includes participation in annual Management Reviews and quality audits, assist in the revision of Human resources QMS documents on an ongoing basis, and helps to ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements.
- Review and distribute Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and Safe Harbor Notices to sites, reconcile and transmit 401(k) financial and census data to vendor and provide input for 401K discrimination testing.
- Serve as 401(K) Plan Administrator and liaison with 401(k) Plan auditors.
- Serve as primary contact with insurance carrier regarding workers compensation claims that have been filed (this does not include the filing of claims and day to day interactions with EEs regarding filed claims.
- Works in cooperation with Corporate Human Resources Director to ensure regulatory compliance and policy/procedure development. Includes implementation of the Corporate Affirmative Action Program, EEO-1 reporting, Vets 4212 reporting, 1095-C reporting and maintenance of all required records
- Conducts internal Human Resources audits as necessary.
- Oversees Human Resources Information System (Deltek Costpoint) including updating personnel and benefit tables, granting system access, and identifying and implementing system enhancements.
- Oversees Workers Compensation program including participation in annual audits.
- Keeps Company Officers apprised of significant information that may impact the Company or contracts.
- Prepares and responds to internal and external requests for company-wide information for special projects or proposals.
- Administers benefits programs for company employees supported by the Service Center. Includes serving as primary contact with all Health & Welfare (H&W) vendors as required for administration of these programs.
- Oversees work assignments of Benefits Administrator including reviewing insurance payments and providing guidance in this area.
- Participates in new contracts phase-ins and contract close-outs and trains human resources staff.
- Conducts Human resources training at new sites and/or with new Service Center HR staff members, when appropriate.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars, as appropriate.
- Updates and maintains all position descriptions and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs).
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Educational/Training Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management, or similar discipline and at least 5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources with government services contractor.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to interact effectively with all employee and management levels.
- In depth knowledge of human resources laws and regulations.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and working knowledge of HRIS preferably Deltek Costpoint.
- Must be able to obtain appropriate level security clearancle

Salary : $82,900 - $105,000
