Inecta is looking for a committed, passionate Technical Recruiter with experience sourcing and hiring candidates in the Microsoft Business Central, Business Dynamics, Full Stack, Python, and Flutter space. This position requires a well-rounded individual who focuses on details, knows how to cultivate collaborative working relationships, communicates effectively to executives, and owns the entire recruitment process from pipeline building to the offer stage.
Your Experience
- 5 years of recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- 3 years of experience within the software engineering industry
- Experience achieving goals in a low structure and fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
- Proven experience in procuring talent with skillsets in Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Navision
- Proven experience in procuring talent with skillsets in Full-stack Python Developer (Django React), Flutter
- Prior experience managing third-party vendor relationships in countries other than the US.
Essential Requirements Of The Role
- Proven experience and success with Technical Resources (consultants, project managers, technical architects) recruiting in the software industry
- Experience sourcing qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, and pre-screening candidates while moving the interview process forward promptly
- Experience providing market and talent research to implement creative sourcing strategies
- Experience managing a high volume of requisitions while maintaining excellent candidate experience
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop diverse recruitment strategies
- Experience running targeted searches and campaigns and engaging with passive candidates
- The ability to anticipate and get ahead of potential problems is key

What You Will Do
- Partner with hiring managers to develop headcount and hiring needs, establish sourcing strategies and interview processes, and achieve our hiring goals throughout the recruiting process
- Manage full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing strategies and execution, candidate application management, offer negotiation and closing candidates
- Lead the development of operationally effective techniques with incredibly positive candidate experience at the forefront of your priorities
