Production Line Setup Coordinator

Inergroup is hiring immediately for Production Line Setup Coordinator in Hebron, KY. As a Production Line Setup Coordinator, you will be responsible for the correct placement and readiness of all materials, products, instructions, and equipment on the production line prior to the start of production. The position is also responsible for the removal, tear down and clearing of production lines to eliminate the possibility of contamination within job runs. Weekly pay starting at $18 - $20/hr.

- Review line diagrams/layouts and follow assembly instructions for proper equipment and material placement.
- Coordinate with Maintenance when equipment is not already on the line or needs to be recalibrated for a specific job.
- Build a sample of the packing material according to the assembly instructions and communicate any problems in a timely manner to the quality department.
- Separate materials and products that are similar and have the potential to cause mis-packs.
- Set and verify that all equipment placed on the line is working properly.
- Ensure that all pallet tags from material and product staged to the line are given to the line leader to scan into the job.
- Ensure all material, product, and rejects are placed on the proper pallets after production run is completed and that everything is identified properly.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years warehouse assembly experience desired.
- Forklift certified desired but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail - must pass math test
