Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating resources, ensuring project deliverables are met, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage project teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget - Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Coordinate resources, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members - Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make decisions - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives - Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients Experience: - Proven experience in project management, including leading complex projects from initiation to completion - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall - Experience with program management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with Kaizen principles and continuous improvement methodologies - Proficiency in scope management and change control processes - Business process modeling experience is a plus - Excellent technical writing skills for creating project documentation - Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is preferred - Experience with SAS (Statistical Analysis System) is a plus - Strong project coordination skills, including resource allocation and task assignment We offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience.
