  • Gross weekly - $2628 (36 hours/wk) = ($1080/wk non-taxable/stipend $1548/wk taxable pay on w2)
  • Gross hourly - $73 = ($30/hr non-taxable/stipend $43/hr taxable pay on w2)

Job Title: Travel ICU RN
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 12 hour shifts, maybe required to work up to 48 hours/week. Must be flexible, includes days, nights, weekends and holidays. Maximum of 2 shift call offs.

EXPERIENCE: All positions at this hospital Candidates must have a minimum of (2) two years recent experience in the specialty that is being applied for in order to be considered, in some cases more experience may be required.

EMR used: RPMS

CERTIFICATION(S): American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and Conscious Sedation certification (Can be obtained through facility after confirmation-$187.50 fee)

Experience:

  • RPMS EMR: 1 year (Preferred)
  • ICU Nurse: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • ACLS Certification (Required)
  • RN license in AZ (Required)
  • PALS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Fort Defiance, AZ 86504: Relocate before starting work (Required)
