OUR VISION:
We are on a mission to accelerate the Clean Energy Transition by providing innovative solutions to communities, companies, and utilities. As a Midwest-based clean energy provider, we are seeking passionate Project Developers to help pave the way for 1-20MW solar and storage solutions across US distribution grids.
HOW YOU'RE HELPING THE TRANSITION:
As a Project Developer, you'll play a crucial role in making clean, affordable, and locally-sourced energy a reality. You will be at the forefront of identifying and de-risking critical issues to achieve Construction Notice to Proceed. Evaluating economic, offtake, siting, interconnection, permitting, environmental, technology, and schedule risks, you'll navigate the best path forward while resolving any fatal flaws. Engaging with various stakeholders, including landowners, utilities, permitting authorities, and consultants, your expertise will drive successful project development.

We are looking for candidates experienced in project management, budget and schedule management, site control, title resolution, land use permits, and interconnection agreements. While previous experience in clean energy is not required, strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. This role offers multiple paths for growth, allowing you to lead the development of projects that shape the future of clean energy.
Essential Job Functions:
- Project Management - Communicate project status effectively and escalate issues as needed.
- Budget & Schedule Management - Maintain and update budgets and financial models accurately.
- Risk Evaluation - Identify key risks and interpret their impacts on project success. • Communication - Foster strong relationships with landowners, offtakers, utilities, and permitting authorities.
- Product Expertise - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of renewable energy technology, utility tariffs, taxes, and financial pro formas, articulating them in a clear, concise manner.

Salary: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
