Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive quotes
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, including bilingual or multilingual individuals
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
- Analytical skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage
