JOB DESCRIPTION

Infinity Flight Training is searching for highly motivated self-starter Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) interested in providing quality training while building experience. We are a part 141 flight school that is focused on training students the right way with safety as a top priority. CFIs will have flexible hours based on their students schedules but, must be available some nights, weekends holidays and dedicated to this location. All of our training is done through the Cessna online syllabus and instructors will be tasked with keeping current and accurate records, coordinating with students, and working with the rest of the instructor group to continuously improve our training program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Put safety above all.
  • Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircrafts operation.
  • Perform all company assigned duties in accordance with company manuals, memos, and policies.
  • Conduct diligent preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students.
  • Ensure that the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all of the necessary provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications


  • Current CFII certificate
  • Previous Instructing experience preferred
  • Customer service skills
  • Current medical
  • Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Valid driver license
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand complicated logistical information
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.
