Responsibilities:
- Handle the prompt, accurate submission of required permits for solar and battery installations
- Maintain relationships with local jurisdictions
- Track statuses of permit applications
- Occasionally drive to sites and jurisdictions
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist permit and inspection team as needed
- Communicate with local jurisdictions regarding permits and inspections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes Initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Solar experience a plus
- Microsoft Office experience
- G-Suite experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
