InfinityRx is seeking a Financial Controller to join our team and manage various financial activities at our headquarters located in New Hyde Park, New York. The desired candidate should have the ability to work in-person for the initial few months of this role and subsequently have the flexibility to shift to a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Review accounting controls and compliance.
- Oversee the payroll department.
- Responsible for all client reimbursement billing from end to end
- Manage banking and escrow accounts.
- Record all vendor claims invoices.
- Reconcile restricted cash bank and associated liability accounts.
- Maintain revenue and P&L statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision while managing tasks and time effectively.
