Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program of nursing
- Working knowledge of the clinical environment
- Well developed written and oral communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and develop action plans
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Well developed personal computer skills using software such as Microsoft Suites, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
- One of the following:
- Current Alabama LPN license
- Current Multi State LPN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*
*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama
- BLS
Desired Qualifications:
- Current AL RN license
Responsibilities
Assists with the development, implementation and management of the clinic’s quality management programs. Prepares and presents analysis and recommendations. Ensures all initiatives are monitored and updated as necessary.
