Minimum Qualifications
College graduate or equivalent with Bachelors in Business Administration management or related Healthcare degree.
Proven knowledge of Sleep Lab operations.
Working knowledge of management principles; proven leadership skills.
Exhibits ability to communicate effectively using written and oral skills within a multi-organizational setting.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Registry with National Board for Respiratory Care and Alabama state license or registered by one of the following organizations:
American Board of Sleep Medicine (ASBM)
Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)
Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
Working knowledge of management in a setting of similar clinical setting.
Working knowledge of management of EEG services.
Responsibilities
Manages the overall operations of the Sleep Lab/Sleep Disorders Centers, in both Mobile and Fairhope, to provide patient care services which meet Infirmary Health's standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
