\n- PHP Development Expertise: Develop, test, and implement high-performance PHP applications, ensuring they meet functional requirements and user expectations.
- Code Quality and Standards: Adhere to and promote PHP coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- PHP Framework Proficiency: Utilize popular PHP frameworks (such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend) to expedite development cycles and enhance application functionality and security.
- API Development and Integration: Design and implement secure and scalable RESTful APIs using PHP, facilitating seamless integration with other systems and services.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize PHP application performance through code profiling, query optimization, and leveraging caching technologies.
- Security Practices: Implement and maintain robust security measures in PHP applications, including input validation, XSS (Cross-Site Scripting), and CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection.
- Systems Engineering Support: Engage in requirements engineering, solutions architecture, and systems integration across diverse platforms and environments, emphasizing the enhancement of geospatial-intelligence capabilities.
- Technical Solution Development: Utilize in-depth analysis of user requirements and technology trends to design and develop front-end solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Agile Development Participation: Actively contribute to agile scrum teams, participating in all facets of the agile process, from planning and sprint reviews to retrospectives, with a strong emphasis on scrum methodologies.
- DevSecOps Implementation: Adopt a modern DevSecOps framework, leveraging continuous integration tools and practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes for software applications.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor junior engineers in front-end development practices, DevSecOps principles, and the broader aspects of system engineering and integration.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in front-end technologies, security practices, and DevOps tools, incorporating these insights into day-to-day work and long-term project planning.
- Advanced PHP Knowledge: Deep understanding of PHP 7.x and newer versions, including their features and performance improvements.
- Database Proficiency: Experience with relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, with the ability to design efficient data models and write optimized queries in PHP applications.
- Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3) and their integration into PHP applications for dynamic and responsive designs.
- Testing and Debugging: Proficient in using PHP testing frameworks (PHPUnit, PHPSpec) for unit and integration testing to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Version Control: Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git) in the context of PHP development for efficient team collaboration and code management.
- Other Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of BASH, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, PYTHON, SQL, XML, and familiarity with indexing/search technologies.
- DevOps and Continuous Integration: Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, and proficiency in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Containerization Technologies: Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, or similar platforms.
- Security Awareness: Understanding of secure coding practices and the importance of security within the development lifecycle.
- Technical Certification: Network , Security , or certifications specializing in Software Development or Cloud Computing.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within an agile team.
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 6 additional years of experience in information technology.
