Client Services Manager

Our small but rapidly growing talent agency needs a Client Services Manager to support our talent roster. As the first full-time client services person, this position will be responsible for developing systems and techniques that can be scaled as we expand our client support team. Ultimately, this position will lead a team as we expand.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Talent at creating systems and refining them as needed
  • Patience
  • Leadership and Mentoring skills
  • Case management and resolution skills
  • 2 years client services experience

In addition, we need someone who is:

  • Autonomous and self-directed
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Flexible as our business grows and changes
  • Insightful
  • Willing to contribute to the well-being of the company as a whole.
  • Experience in entertainment and customer service are preferred.
