Job Description:

Seeking a Systems Analyst to support existing applications and develop new solutions for Enterprise Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical analysis, user documentation, and coordinate changes for legacy .NET applications and new solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to learn and expand VITA’s base system.
• Interact with agency customers, providing guidance on .NET application usage and development.
• Serve as the technical expert in implementation, maintenance, and support of applications.
• Promote application use to improve operational efficiencies and customer service.

• Ability to specify, design, and develop technical solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional conduct and interaction with all organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time efficiently, and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, xRM, COTS packages, and .NET.
• Ability to translate business user needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to decompose business requirements into testable system requirements.

Experience:

• Mandatory system analysis experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent.
• Experience with testing scripts, system testing, business processes, and workflows.
• Experience working with diversified stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Public sector background/experience.

Skills:

• Experience documenting changes and determining impact on IT applications.
• Experience decomposing business requirements for IT development.
• Experience planning and monitoring application development changes.
• Ability to develop and deliver solutions with onsite and remote teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with end-user training, troubleshooting, and application adoption.
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Apps Portals) and Azure beneficial.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
