QA/QC Inspector

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F

100% onsite

JOB SUMMARY:

• The associated position responsibilities include but are not limited to inspection of incoming components, materials, supplies, and outsourced finished goods.
• Documents results of inspection into inspection record and determines acceptability of item for use or further processing. Understanding Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and Supplier Related Nonconformance Reports (Sis) processes and how to quarantine items failing to meet requirements.
• Provides technical support to cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.
• This position is required to support overall departmental needs such as updating Tier metrics; meeting line item attainment requirements; participating in audit preparations; and completing associated trainings, among other tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

• Ability to work in a team environment
• 2-4 years of experience working in quality required
• 2-4 years of experience in a GMP environment performing related duties as listed in Principle Responsibilities and overall experience in regulated industry.
• Must be able to manually maneuver carts and material handling equipment weighing up to 50 lbs while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Ability to work varied schedule with some potential weekend, early morning or late evening hours, if needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer focus
• Experience with excel, word, etc.
• SAP Experience

Education and Experience

• High School/Secondary School/Equivalent
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.59 - $24.00 per hour
