Job Description
The Regional Finance Manager ensures that Infobip makes sound financial decisions. Your work plays a crucial role in supporting Regional and HQ management. You will share the responsibility for driving the continuous success of Infobip. Tasks that you will work on will range from operational to strategic and they will be of high importance for the organisation as a whole.
Job responsibilities:
Providing strategic and financial support to Regional and HQ management by providing financial reporting, analyses and its interpretation
Preparing budgets and forecasts according to key targets from management, budget performance analysis and execution of Regional P&L
Participation in building business strategy in the region (new business cases analysis, optimization of the company structure)
Responsible for tax, financial and accounting compliance in the region and overseeing cooperation with outsourcing partners and internal accounting teams
Perform period-end closing activities (as defined from HQ)
Review and approve financial results – entity level
Cash-flow management of all regional entities and cash-flows planning coordination with HQ
Developing regional and local financial and tax policies in accordance with Group policies and Group business strategy
Support new business models by putting appropriate financial processes in place to enable and assess such solutions
Developing procedures of internal controls of finance and accounting processes in the Region, including internal control and financial guidance to the business ensuring compliance with Corporate procedures, business policies, reporting requirements and other
Take part in internal and external audits as needed
Analyze and interpret financial data and present the information with reports to Managing Director, Regional Board and other relative stakeholders
Monitoring key monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance measures of country offices and regional offices, provide advice on corrective measures and opportunities on a timely basis and implement actions required related to financial standards
Communicate instructions and milestones within the region for business planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting and cash-flow forecasting and facilitating these processes across the Region
Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance organization
Lead all major finance updates including revenue planning and development of commercial operating expense budgets
Optimally allocate resources and drive improvements, contract compliance, pricing discipline
Resolve disputes and inquiries from other departments
Participate in major department projects and participating in multifunctional teams that help improve quality, processes and initiatives
Liaise with external auditors, banks and other customers and stakeholders
Qualifications
You have at least 10 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and tax.
You have 3 to 5 years of audit experience and/or finance management/ controlling/ or accounting experience and you are looking for a high-growth challenge.
You have great organizational skills, being able to quickly move your focus and multi-task.
You have previous experience working in an international environment and you enjoy it.
You have profound knowledge on local as well as international GAAP and IFRS.
You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
You take a proactive and creative approach to completing tasks under your remit.
You are fluent in English.
