Infoblox is seeking a motivated and organized Field Sales Operations Intern to join our dynamic Sales Operations team in the Americas (AMS). In this hybrid role, the ideal intern will assist in delivering business analytics and insights to our AMS Channel organization. They will support the channel team with tools, processes and systems to help drive sales effectiveness & productivity.They will also serve as a liaison to cross - functional teams like Channel Programs, Finance, and our other operational teams.
You're the ideal candidate if you're passionate about sales processes, eager to learn about sales tools such as Salesforce/Clari/Tableau and interested in being a strong business partner for the AMS Channel team. You have an eye for detail and organization skills to manage several projects at once.
What You'll Do
Business Partner for Channel Team: Act as the primary point of contact for the AMS Channel leadership team and attend team calls to learn what challenges the team needs support with
Insights & Analytics: Build weekly/quarterly reporting that the channel team can use to help track performance; own & validate the data
Tools: Become a subject matter expert in tools like Salesforce, Tableau and Clari
Review system processes: Learn how our system is integrated with our channel partners & identify potential areas of improvement
Content creation: Help document processes to help with enablement of new features/functionality
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the greater sales operations team and other departments including Channel Programs, Finance
What You'll Bring
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong excel skills; experience with data analysis, SFDC, Tableau and dashboards is a plus
Experience reviewing data and driving insights
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams with an emphasis in building relationships
A keen interest in sales processes and a quick learner with a proactive mindset.
Education
Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
While we may work remotely, collaboration and teamwork is built into all we do. This is a paid, full-time 40-hours per week internship that could lead to a permanent full-time position post-graduation.
