Job Description & Requirements
Title: RN Dialysis
Location: Hazel Crest, IL 60429
Shift: 12hrs Days (7p - 7a), 36hrs/week - every other weekend
Contract: 13 weeks contract (extendable)
Requirements
Must have 5 years of Dialysis experience.
IL RN license is required.
AHA BLS certification is mandatory.
AHA ACLS is highly preferred.
Must have previous travel experience.
Experience with Fresenius T or K machines is a must.
