Below is the job description for the position:
Position Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Duration: 8 months contract (maybe extended to 24 months total)

Location: 365 Jordan Road Troy, NY 12180
Shift Time: 7.00pm -7.30am
Only 3 days working (Friday - Sunday)

Job Description:

  • The Bureau operates on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year basis requiring five shifts to maintain the operational production schedule.

We are seeking temp employees to assist with the following tasks:

  • Monitor console for performance alerts.
  • Monitor schedule to determine which programs should and should not be running at various times during the assigned shift.
  • Monitor all facility environmental controls (security, fire, humidity, and temperature).
  • prepare and maintain standard records and reports.
  • Communicate issues to technical staff.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications desired:

  • High School diploma
  • Ability to prepare and maintain standard records and reports.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
