Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain disciplines.
Experience in Indirect Procurement is required, with a preference for Retail Procurement experience.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with strategic business acumen.
Exceptional critical thinking abilities, adept in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Proficiency in conducting bid processes such as RFI, RFP, and informal bids, including negotiating with vendors, drafting contracts, and implementing agreements.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize work independently, and maintain a high level of focus.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances and changing organizational needs.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Excel, Smartsheets, ERP Systems (e.g., SAP), Coupa, and Jira.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong follow-through ethic.
