- This is a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
- The Site Director is looking for proven leadership and a change agent. Experience with QC and QA oversight is needed with 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Master’s Degree in Science, PhD preferred.
- Preferred but not required: Regulatory experience, experience with method development
- Auditor qualification.
Job Description:
This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting a global leader in specialty chemicals.
Summary: The Head of Quality is responsible for managing the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments on site. The Head of Quality is the key site contact for quality-related regulators and customer auditors. Perform all duties within the Company’s safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expert knowledge of cGMP Quality regulations for Active Pharmaceutical
Ingredients is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of FDA regulations.
- Experience with other Quality Standards and guidelines (ISO9001, EXCiPACT,
EU GMP)
- Knowledge of Quality Requirements throughout clinical development phases.
Experience with outsourced Manufacturing.
