Key Duties
- Develop and maintain basic engineering product definition.
- Prepare basic design layouts.
- Modify existing designs.
- Assist in the coordination and development of work transfer packages.
- Verify the accuracy of engineering data.
- Investigate and resolve routine manufacturing processes or engineering-related issues.
- Provide real-time operational support and technical expertise in the testing and troubleshooting of a variety of mechanical and hydraulic products.
- Design, acquire, coordinate, set-up, provide training.
- Produce test procedures needed to successfully overhaul and repairs mechanical and hydraulic components.
- Prepare technical documents for mechanical components and systems.
- Work with sub-vendors for supplier inquiry requests and non-conformances.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education

- Cimarron employees are required to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 practices, as well as customer requirements.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- 2 or more years of experience working on F-15 or F/A-18 support equipment projects.
- Experience in or willingness to learn computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), computer aided three dimensional interactive (CATIA), Mentor Graphics, Unigraphics), etc.
- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education
- Experience in computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM)
- Experience in computer aided three dimensional interactive (CATIA)
- Experience with Mentor Graphics.
- Experience with Unigraphics.
