Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Apps developer
Location: Providence, RI-Hybrid
Duration: One Year
This is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Apps developer position. This individual is responsible for working with Enterprise Strategy and Solutions and our business stakeholders to create business application solutions using the Microsoft Model-Driven Power Apps / Power Automate / Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) platform.
Responsibilities
This position will assist in building enterprise-level solutions with Dynamics 365/ Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Apps Portals environment including: entity and form creation, workflow customization, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
Responsible for Development of Dynamics CRM custom workflow & plug-in creation as per business needs.
Implement security best practices in Dynamics 365 / Power App environments.
Design and customize sitemap and ribbon in Model Driven apps.
Design relational database and SQL queries in the Microsoft Dataverse platform.
Use Microsoft .NET development to extend and augment the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Develop and integrate PowerApps portal custom APIs using PCF.
Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps.
Support cross-functional teams consisting of QA, IT operation and information security.
Support DevOps Build and release pipeline and export/import solutions to multiple environments using Xrm ToolBox.
Support all parts of SDLC including design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation.
Requirements
The ability to create and support new solutions that digitize business processes, helping business areas reduce redundant work, enhance productivity, consistency, and efficiency.
Able to react quickly to changing requirements in an agile environment.
Self-starter work ethic who can adapt at providing exceptional results with limited supervision.
Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
Experience with full life cycle development of MS Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
Experience with implementing features and functions available in MS Dynamics and Power Platforms.
Experience with end-user interaction.
Knowledge of Dynamics Service configuration.
Ability to modify or create tables, forms, views, workflows, business rules.
Understanding of constraints related to Dynamics design elements.
Ability to create plug-ins and PCF solutions.
HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET, XML, SQL Server, Visual Studio 2015 or above, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, REST API, PCF, Power BI
Experience with deploying CI/CD pipeline, PAC CLI Tools.
Experience with creating data-enabled forms.
Experience with deploying solutions to Dynamics 365 environment.
PL-400 Certification preferred.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
