Description-
Position- LPN- Home Health
Location- Lima, OH
Shift- 8 Hours Day Shift
Duration- 13 weeks with possible extension
Pay package for travelers (Above 50 miles from the facility)
- $15/hr (Taxable) $1,162 weekly stipend (Non-Taxable). Total weekly gross $1,762/40hrs.
Pay package for local (Within 50 miles from the facility)
- $40/hr (taxable). Total weekly gross $1,600/40hrs.
Client's Requirement-
- 3 years of Home Health experience- REQUIRED
- Home Care Home Base EMR- REQUIRED
- LPN OH or Compact State License in Hand- REQUIRED
- AHA BLS - REQUIRED
